Description
Stainless steel pipe is corrosion-resistant pipe used for fluid conveyance and structural work in environments that would quickly attack ordinary steel — food and beverage processing, chemical lines, marine installations, and hygienic or high-purity systems. Its corrosion resistance and cleanability make it the specified pipe wherever contamination, rust or wet exposure cannot be tolerated. Stainless pipe is a long-term investment that outlasts coated alternatives in harsh service.
Stainless pipe is supplied by nominal diameter and schedule in standard lengths, in grades such as 304 and 316, and in seamless or welded forms depending on the pressure and purity requirements.
