Description
Stainless steel flat bar is rectangular-section stainless bar used for brackets, straps, trims, frames and fabricated parts that need corrosion resistance and a bright finish — architectural details, food-grade fittings, marine hardware and hygienic equipment. It fabricates much like mild-steel flat bar but never needs painting, and its finished appearance is often the point.
Stainless flat bar is supplied in a range of widths and thicknesses in standard lengths, in grades such as 304 and 316. Grade selection follows the environment, with 316 for coastal and marine work. See the specifications below for grades and sizes.
