Plain Round Bar

Plain round bar is solid, smooth (non-deformed) steel bar of circular cross-section, used across fabrication and machining for shafts, pins, bolts, rods, brackets, gratings and countless made-to-order parts. Unlike deformed rebar, its smooth surface suits machining, threading and clean welding, which makes it the go-to stock for fabricators building components rather than reinforcing concrete. It bends, forges and turns readily, so it is the raw material behind a huge range of custom parts.
