Description
Stainless Steel Allen Cap Screw — A2-70 (SS304) hex socket (allen) for machinery, tooling, dies and high-strength assembly. Stocked across common sizes and lengths.
The stainless steel Allen cap screw combines the recessed socket-head design with stainless corrosion resistance, suited to machinery and assemblies in marine, food, medical and wet environments. Driven by a hex key, its clean cylindrical head sits neatly in a counterbore, and the stainless grade keeps it corrosion-free and bright where coated steel would fail. It is the choice for precision assembly that must also resist rust.
Stainless Allen cap screws are supplied in a range of diameters and lengths, in grades such as 304 and 316. Note that stainless offers corrosion resistance rather than the peak strength of high-tensile alloy, so grade is chosen for the environment. See the specifications below for sizes and grade.
