Description
High Tensile Flathead — Grade 10.9 countersunk flat for machinery, tooling, dies and high-strength assembly. Stocked across common sizes and lengths.
The high-tensile flathead (countersunk socket cap screw) has a flat, cone-shaped head with an internal hex drive, designed to sit flush with the surface in a countersunk hole. Its high-tensile construction provides strong holding power while the flush head leaves no protrusion — ideal for jigs, machine slides, tooling and assemblies where a raised bolt head would obstruct moving parts or spoil a flat surface. The socket drive allows firm tightening in a recessed seat.
High-tensile flathead screws are supplied in a range of diameters and lengths, sized to seat in standard countersinks. The flush-fitting head is the defining feature. Confirm the sizes and grade in the specifications below.
