Choosing rods and machines
Match the electrode to the joint: E6013 for general mild-steel work, E6011 for dirty or galvanized steel and vertical runs, E7018 (low-hydrogen) for structural and high-strength joints. Keep the rod diameter no larger than the plate thickness — 2.5 mm for thin work, 3.2 mm for general 6 mm plate, 4.0 mm for heavier sections. MIG suits production and thin sheet; TIG suits stainless and precision. Size the machine amperage and duty cycle to the work and the power you have on site. Send your list and we match it.

What electrodes do you stock?
E6011, E6013 and E7018 in the common diameters, plus MIG and flux-cored wire.
What is the difference between E6013 and E7018?
E6013 is an easy general-purpose rod; E7018 is low-hydrogen for structural and higher-strength joints and needs dry storage.
What electrode size for my material thickness?
As a rule the rod diameter should not exceed the plate thickness — 2.5 mm rod for thin sheet, 3.2 mm for general 6 mm plate, 4.0 mm for heavier sections. Send the joint and we advise.
What size welding machine do I need?
Match the amperage to the electrode and thickness — a 200–250A inverter covers most general SMAW up to about a 4.0 mm rod. Tell us your typical work and available power and we size it.
Single-phase or three-phase welder?
Single-phase suits shop and light site work on standard power; three-phase suits heavier, continuous duty. Confirm your supply and we match the machine.
Do you carry MIG and TIG machines?
Yes — arc, MIG and TIG in single and three-phase, including inverter sets that are lighter and more efficient than transformer machines.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — from Dasmariñas, Cavite. Luzon by scheduled truck; Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos and the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao by consolidated sea freight through a forwarder, crated, usually 5 to 10 days port to port.
Ordering, delivery and payment — plain answers
Where do you deliver welding supplies, and how long does it take?
Nationwide from Dasmariñas, Cavite. Cavite: pick up in Dasmariñas, or same-day to next-day local delivery on stock items. Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas and Rizal: scheduled truck runs, usually next day on stock items. Pampanga, Bulacan and the rest of Central Luzon: next day via NLEX on stock items. Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and General Santos: consolidated sea freight through a forwarder, crated, usually 5 to 10 days port to port. By-order and fabricated items: the lead time is confirmed on the quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum on stock items — a single piece, a box or a full consignment. Small orders outside Cavite are cheapest when consolidated into one dispatch with the rest of your list. Fabricated and by-order items are quoted per job.
What brands do you stock?
Kobewel, Kawasaki, Daiden, Koike, Harris, Yamato, Riland, Shinsetsu, Procut, Powerhouse, Ingco, Lotus, Wadfow and Zekoki, among others. Name the machine or rod brand you run and we quote to match.
How does quoting work?
Send the list — sizes, quantities, grade or brand, and the site address — through the Request a Quote button, Messenger, Viber or (046) 851-6935. We quote it back the same working day with availability and the delivery arrangement. Confirm, and dispatch is scheduled. We do not publish prices; every order is quoted.
What are the payment terms?
Terms are stated on the quote. Bank deposit or transfer is the usual method; buyers collecting in Dasmariñas can settle at the office. Project accounts and repeat buyers can ask the sales team about terms when they send their list.
