Planning a fence run
Size the fence to the job: chain-link and hog wire for general perimeters, barbed or razor wire on top for security, gabion for slope retention. A barbed-wire coil covers a known run — a #30L4 coil is roughly 130 m of single strand — so divide the perimeter by the coil length to get the coil count. Work out the run length, the height and the post spacing, and whether you need the posts and tension wire supplied too. Send the perimeter measurement and we quote the full run.

What fence height and gauge do you supply?
Cyclone wire in #12 (2.7 mm) with 2" mesh at 3–6 ft high; hog wire in #15 gauge from 32" to 55-1/2"; hexagonal chicken wire in 3/4" and 1" mesh at 3–6 ft; barbed wire in #12 2-strand coils. Razor wire coils come in 500, 700 and 960 mm.
Do you supply the posts and accessories too?

What is gabion used for?
