The 862 combines a compact design with an impressive array of features, making it perfect for small to midsize projects. It offers versatile mounting options, including powerful rare-earth magnets on the back, a V-Groove for use on pipes and corners, and a Hook and Loop strap for non-magnetic surfaces. Additional features include a hang hole and a ¼” thread for easy tripod mounting. With a crossline beam pattern, the 862 delivers an accuracy of ±0.4 mm/m (±0.0004 in/in) and a self-leveling range of ±3°. The laser boasts a working range of 20 m (65 ft), making it ideal for a wide variety of projects. For angular layouts and tilted markings, it also features a convenient manual mode.
