The Best & Strong Diesel Engine Plate Compactor transfers engine power to a vibrating base plate that repeatedly impacts the surface. This action helps remove air spaces between soil and aggregate particles, producing a denser and more stable base before concreting, paving, landscaping, or structural installation. The C90D-BS170F and T-90-BS170F models use a 5 HP BS170F diesel engine and a 510 × 450 mm plate. The T-125-BS178F uses a more powerful 7 HP BS178F diesel engine and includes published performance specifications of 12 kN centrifugal force and vibrations per minute.
